San Gabriel Baptist Church to host gospel singing event Saturday San Gabriel Baptist Church will resume hosting an old-fashioned gospel singing event at 6 p.m. Saturday.
The evening will feature congregational singing southern gospel music as well as tradit ional hymns. Refreshments will be served in the fellowship hall following the singing. Everyone is invited to attend.
The church is located at 263 CR 421A in the community of San Gabriel six miles north of Thorndale just off FM 486 North. Tim Cheatham is pastor.
