The Rockdale Historical Society’s annual chili luncheon fund raiser had a new location, the I&GN Depot-Museum, Saturday, the depot itself. The event raised $2,600 for the society’s maintenance of the 1906-era town landmark, which has been restored to its turn-of-the-last century glory with additional features including a caboose, dining car and authentic blacksmith shop.
