Monday’s weather was perfect, but who knows when you are reading this, it could be just the opposite of perfect.
James and Sherri Rasco have a new granddaughter, Sutton James Starnes. Parents are Jason and Erica Starnes of Roanoke, Virginia. Sutton is welcomed by two sisters, Caroline and Savanah.
James and Sheri got to spend a couple of weeks in Virginia.
Alyssa Roth and Phillip Rasco were honored with a bridal shower Sunday at Under The Chandelier in Calvert. The wedding will be Nov. 6.
Gause ISD homecoming will be Oct. 7 and they will be playing Buckholts. I will have the results of everything next week.
Monday is a school holiday for students, but the teachers will be busy at the school working. So, “do not disturb.”
The phone was horrible Monday morning. I couldn’t hear anything but a buzz. If I missed your news this week, we can get it in next week’s column.
