Our family members were in Bryan Sunday evening to attend the St. Joseph Catholic High School concert choir presentation “We Rejoice for the Gift of Christ.” Our grandson, Jaxon Hayles, is a choir member. Robert Boening is the director and Kathy Turner, accompanist. It was a great presentation.
Gause School will have their Christmas program Thursday in the school gym, beginning at 6 p.m.
Monday is pictures with Santa at the school.
Gause Baptist Church will have their Christmas program on Sunday, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Family Life Center. Everyone is invited.
Gause has a home basketball game against Coupland at 5 p.m. Monday. If it’s cold, bundle up good and come watch the boys play. Your support is encouraging for them.
Pastor Kyle McNeely invites the community to attend two special services being held at Gause United Methodist Church. On Dec. 21 at 6:30 p.m., there will be a Remembrance Service—The Longest Night—for those who still mourn the loss of a loved one. Then the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be at 6 p.m. Dec. 24.
