Perk Up Coffee House held their grand re-opening on Friday in the parking lot of Treat Yourself Boutique. Owner Heather Cruise was joined by Pat Watson with the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and the Rockdale High School cheerleaders for the ribbon cutting. The new mobile coffee house is located at 1703 W.
