When the temperature dipped into the 40s and a strong north wind blew across Rockdale Saturday morning, Linwood Acres Garden Club members wondered if anyone would come to their annual plant exchange at the Chamber of Commerce. They came. They dressed warmly but they came. “It was amazing; the plants were gone in the first two hours,” garden club spokesperson Janice King told The Reporter.
