Chamber Ambassadors seek more membership

Rockdale Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are seeking to start the new year, according to Janice King, spokesperson.

“We are looking for people who want to get involved and make an impact in our community,” she said. “If you are looking for a way to meet new people and give back at the same time, come join us.”

Ambassadors meet at noon on the Wednesday after the Chamber Board of Directors meeting at the Hogan-Hall Building next to the Chamber.

“This is normally the second Wednesday of the month,” King said. “We do not meet during the summer months.”

Dues are $25 a year for individuals or $35 a year for couples. Next meeting is 12-noon Jan. 9.

“Bring your lunch and come join us,” she said.
