PLANT ID WINNERS

Here’s the first-place Milam County 4-H plant ID team from recent competition at the State Fair of Texas. From left: Coach Irby McWilliams, Jason Ponnaiya, Jack Luckey, Jenna Lindig. In individual competition, Lindig was first and Luckey fourth. Grady Ranspot, Noah Bradley, Aaron Ponnaiya and Luckey Holcombe were fourth. The senior team of J. W. Hollas, Kassidy Hundle and Ryan Luckey were second. Individually, Hollas was first and Hundle fourth.
