Kerri Phillip of the Area Agency on Aging speaks to a full house at the town hall held Thursday morning at the Rockdale Senior Center. It was one of many being held by the Area Agencies on Aging, dealing exclusively with senior citizen issues. The event was hosted by County Judge Steve Young, who introduced Phillip.
