CAMERON—Six persons were sentenced during recent action in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions:
• David Allen Kutil, 35, Corpus Christi, was sentenced to 180 days in the Milam County J ail and ordered to pay $1,035 in restitution to the victim after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original Class A misdemeanor, theft ($750 to $2,500).
• Gina Marie Cavazos, 48, Rockdale, was sentenced to 107 days in the Milam County jail and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original Class A misdemeanor, assault causes bodily injury.
• Wayne Anthony Bynum, 18, Cameron, was placed on three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleadin juilty to attempted escape.
• Weldon Cornell Beard J r., 26, Rockdale, was placed on three years deferred adjudication and ordered to pay a ’5,83 fine and ’1;3 restitution to the DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Kyle Anthony Rome, 42, Baytown, was sentenced to three days in the Milam County J ail and ordered to pay a $4,000 fine after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, assault bodily injury family violence.
• Rajha Shunquay Mitchell, 25, Rockdale, was placed on two years deferred adjudication probation, assessed 36 days in the Milam County J ail and was ordered to pay a ’1,83 fine and ’9<1 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted credit or debit card abuse.
