Vacation Bible schools offer a variety of activities with a Christian message for students of all ages. These are the programs in the area:
July 22-25 – “Knightly Virtues” VBS at Murray Street Church of Christ will take place in the evening. Pre-K to sixth grade students are invited to register for camp and junior and high school aged students will be camp instructors/helpers. For information call Sarah Hollinger 512-446-2179.
July 29 – Gause UMC will host a one-day VBS from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for kindergartners through fourth graders. Call 979-253-3303 for information.
July 29-Aug. 1 – Students can register for VBS hosted by St. John’s United Methodist Church and Peace Lutheran Church by calling Kelly Pickel 512-635-8540 or by visiting https://tmab.cokesburyvbs.com/stjohnsumcpeacelutheran/register/ .
VBS is from 5:30-8 p.m. at 1700 Hillcrest Dr., Rockdale. Students in pre-kindergarten to fifth grade can be a part of “To Mars and Beyond.”
July 29-Aug. 1 – Gause Baptist Church VBS begins at 6 p.m. and ends 8:30 p.m. at 106 W. Walnut, Gause. For information call 903-879-1064.
Aug. 5-9 – Calvary Baptist Church VBS for four year olds to students in sixth grade will be from 6-8:30 p.m. at 1443 S. FM 487, Rockdale.
