Appreciation plaques were bestowed Saturday before the annual Fir Youth Livestock Auction by the Rockdale Fair Association (RFA).
Russell Fischer was named the RFA’s outstanding member of the year.
Receiving plaques for their service to the Fair were Janell Jackson, Darla Willingham and Wesley Janak.
Plaques were presented by Cindy Hughes, RFA president.
Miss Texas, Madison Fuller, was introduced and performed a ventriloquist act with two “helpers.”
