He told me to tell you that
Ihave been hanging out with Jesus in the 23rd Psalm. They say that if you want to hear the voice of the Lord to read your Bible out loud, so I have been shouting as I read. I’m in a season where I really need to hear the voice of the Lord. Does that make sense?
South Milam approach sought for health care
Dear editor:
About eight months ago, Milam County lost all of its hospital facilities with the bankruptcy of Little River Health Care.
Rockdale has a Hospital District which owned and leased a very nice hospital facility to Little River Health Care.
Dear editor: Thank you to the Rockdale Hospital Board for allowing the public to come and speak on Oct. 15. Those who spoke were given three minutes each, yes, this included Judge Steve Young. The following questions and comments are not meant to be critical of the board.
EDITOR’S CORNER
Our neighbors to the west—and not too far to the west—won’t be on the Live PD television program any more.
Williamson County is all of 12 miles from the western Rockdale city limits.

Everybody in the room wanted an emergency room restored to Rockdale.
Nobody in the room wanted to have their taxes raised.
EMTs, RVFD volunteers were ‘angels of mercy’
Dear editor: I have to write and thank the “angels of mercy” EMT team that helped my neighbor. He fell and could not get up one morning, but did not call 911 until I could come and get his little dog.

Some of the people are also part of the reason I hate the business, but that is a column for another time.
