Rockdale Police Officers made one felony arrest during the past week: • Mikayla Strelsky, 28, Rockdale, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams). Accidents • Ofc. Lentz responded to San Andres at Main Street for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on Wednesday, Jan.

Sometimes I feel like I’m becoming an old man who is against ever y thing. They say old people are already mad about being old so it doesn’t take much to tick them off. That might describe me as I am having a birthday this week and I’m hitting a milestone that my family wants to celebrate.

As I write this, it has just warmed up above freezing for the first time in over forty-eight hours. It was 14 degrees at our house last night. It took over an hour to shut off t he water from a busted water pipe. At one point (it was 25 degrees at the time) I literally lost feeling in my fingers.

When I was younger, I had a strong, firm grip. I did not have issues holding on to things. I could grab a wrench and bear down on it with all my might; the wrench would not slip out of my hand.
