The Coats family has had an exciting week. Sherri has been in Virginia for daughter Erica Starnes’ birthday. Aubrey Rasco spent the weekend in San Antonio and won first place in state gymnastics for her level. Congratulations! This was her first year to participate in this activity.

Koenig competes at state cross country

Milano’s own Kadance Koenig competed in the state cross country meet and did really well. We are very proud of her. PLAYOFFS— It is time for football playoffs and basketball to begin. Check the schedule on the school website and Facebook and go cheer on the kids.

Alcoa retirees to meet Thursday, Dec. 8th The Rockdale Alcoa Retirees will meet on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022. The meeting will be held at the Thorndale Veteran’s Memorial Hall (formally known as the VFW Hall). Doors open at 5 p.m. The business meeting begins at 5:45.
