‘First’ arrest made in stolen vehicles, RYBA incident

Rockdale police arrested a 15-year-old male Friday in what they believe will be the first of several arrests in a number of local crimes. The juvenile was charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and one count of burglary of a vehicle.

Leave it to Internet scammers to give dishonesty a bad name. The U. S. Dept. of Justice has had to issue a directive warning against scammers who are selling “Face Mask Exempt Cards” for $49.95 (500 cards).

JUST ONE CASE OVER WEEKEND

  Milam County Judge Steve Young said Monday morning only one case of COVID-19 was reported over the weekend.
