The following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court

Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

 

XAVIER JOERREL MURRAY, 37, of Taylor, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle

 

CHAD LEE STANFORD, 46, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More

 

NICHOLAS CHARLES ROWAN, 27, of Milano, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Metal or Body Armor by Felon; was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Theft $2,500 - $30K – Enhanced and was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading with Vehicle

 

CASEY DEAN MCDONALD, 41, of Caldwell, was sentenced to two hundred three (203) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Terroristic Threat

 

RAKEEM KERRELL WYATT, 29, of Rockdale, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

 

CURTIS COLTON CHAVIS, 34, of Pflugerville, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle

 

EDWIN ESPINALES, 30, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

 

AKESHIA RENEE HEMPHILL, 39, of Cameron, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Fraudulent Possession of Identifying Information – Enhanced (Elderly)

 

MARLANY JEAN WRIGHT, 29, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred forty-nine (149) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

BRAYLON JO KNOXSON, 41, of Caldwell, was sentenced to two hundred twenty-nine (229) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

ORLANDO RICHARD WHITE, 58, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility

 

FERNANDO OLIVAS, JR, 52, of Austin, was sentenced to one (1) year in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Driving While Intoxicated 2nd

 

AUSTIN BLAIR RYDELL, 57, of Buckholts, was sentenced to twelve (12) months in the Milam County Jail and ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

IJANAY PATRICIA ANN JOHNSON, 20, of Detroit, Michigan, was sentenced to six (6) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

STACEY KAY HICKMAN, 27, of Thorndale, was sentenced to one hundred twenty (120) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

 

JEFFRY ALAN JONES, 38, of Ft. Worth, was sentenced to forty-one (41) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

 

SAUL JEREMY HERNANDEZ, 34, of Bastrop, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

JAYLAN JERMIAH HARRIS, 19, of Bryan, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle

 

LAURA RENE HUERTA, 29, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Hindering Apprehension of Felon

 

ERICA NICOLE TRELLES, 56, of Cameron, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probations and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $360 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation

 

IRENE ANN RANGEL, 56, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

 

 

 

JOE LEWIS RANGEL, 42, of Cameron, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

 

JAIME PEREZ, 18, of El Paso, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Theft Aversion Class and 150 hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $500 in restitution  to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

 

ALONZO ZARATE-ORNALES, 24, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

RENE GABRIEL GONZALES, 34, of Houston, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material

 

MICHAEL ANTHONY BURGESS, 35, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Endangering a Child

 

JOSHUA RODRIGUEZ, 37, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence

 

ZACHARY AUSTIN FELTS, 28, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

COLBY SHEA SERPHILLIPS, 45, of Cedar Park, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication  with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Endangering a Child

 

JAMES WILLIAMS, III, 63, of Cameron, was sentenced to twenty (20) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

 

PETER JAMES SANCHEZ, 43, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including fifty (50) hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

PAMELA MARIE LATTIMER, 40, of Caldwell, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation including eighty (80) hours community service and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

JACORIAN MELTON, 20, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Theft Aversion Class and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $1,062.93 restitution  to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Firearm

 

GERARDO JUAN MARTINEZ, 32, of Temple, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Unlawful Carry Weapon

 

RYAN TREMANE GLASPIE, 30, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Marijuana 4 oz to 5 pounds

 

DOMINIQUE JEWEL CLARK, 18, of Rockdale, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of anger management and 120 hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $1,750 fine and restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

 

DAMIAN LEE MACIAS, 19, of Austin, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

JAMES OWEN WILLIAMS, 31, of Del Valle, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

 

JAMAL DURELL WILLIAMS, 37, of Rockdale, was placed on six (6) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including 200 hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance 200-400 Grams

 

DERRICK LEE POPE, 59, of Houston, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

ANGEL LOUISE CASTILLO, 44, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $398 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Forgery

 

TIMOTHY GRAY JOHNSON, 31, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Anger Management classes and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

 

ANDRES MANUEL PARRA-PACHECO, 32, of Pflugerville, was placed on four (4) years of Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Theft Aversion Class and 120 hours community service and was ordered to pay $2500.00 fine and $516.25 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft $2,500 - $30,000

 

ASHLEY NIKITA OLGUIN, 37, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ, probated for five years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register

 

DENNIS KEITH JOHNSON, 56, of Cameron, was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the Milam County and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

WESLEY EUGENE PARKER, 47, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

 

MICHAEL EVANS, 60, of Thorndale, was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation including 250 hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, DWI 3rd or More

 

DONTE TREMAYNE PULLEY, 49, of Plano, was sentenced to one hundred eighty-five (185) days in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and was ordered to pay $7,306.88 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft $2,500 - $30,000

 

KYLE WAYNE LEE, 28, of Tyler, was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

CARLOS JOSE CONTRERAS, 29, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred forty-five (145) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Family Violence

 

RICHARD GLENN HOUSTON, 54, of Cameron, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

FRANCISCO JAVIER ALZALDE-SAUCEDO, 29, of Rosebud, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

 

CHRISTOPHER ALLEN NORTH, 39, of Waco, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the Institutional Division of TDCJ by Judge John W. Youngblood at a sentencing hearing after the defendant pled guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence
