The Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

DAVID ANTHONY LOCKETT, 43, of Rockdale, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault on a Peace Officer

 

JOE ALEXANDER MORAGA, 51, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation

 

LUCAS NATHANIEL JOSEPH JACKSON, 21, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Promotion of Child Pornography and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Attempted Burglary of Habitation

 

ERIC ENRIQUE MALDONADO, 23, of Cameron, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in  TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation  for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle

 

JOHN ANDREW GONZALES, 47, of Gause, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ  after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence with Previous Convictions

 

GENICE MARIE JONES, 30, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Assault on a Peace Officer

 

STEVEN LAWRENCE LEWIS, 42, of Austin, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

DALTON KEITH HAMMOND, 27, of Lexington, was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and ordered to pay $5,070 restitution to the victim after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

 

DAVID TERREL MAYBERRY, 44, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation ad was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register

 

 

 

SAHIRA SIDDIQ KAYANI, 25, of Temple, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

MARTIN SALINAS, 38, of Bartlett, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $4,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Illegal Dumping

 

LAUREN ASHLEY KLINEFELTER, 33, of Austin, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

ROEL PALACIOS, 34, of Houston, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

MICHELLE MARION, 48, of Houston, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including substance abuse conditions and the successful completion of one hundred twenty (120) hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

MEKHI YAJUAN EVANS, 23, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unlawful Disclosure or Promotion of Intimate Visual Material

 

TIMBER RYAN CARRIZALES, 23, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days and was ordered to pay $722 restitution after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

WILLIE TREY OLIVARRI, III, 36, of Cameron, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to have no contact with victim and to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Abandoning a Child

 

JOHNNY AARON MORALES, 33, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five hundred thirty-eight (538) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Assault Family Violence – Pregnant Person

 

MATTHAUS DAVID EDWARDS LOPEZ, 31, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management Classes,  an In-Patient drug treatment and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $2,500.00 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence with Previous Convictions

 

URSULA DAWN SCHLEMMER, 56, of Rockdale, was place on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Burglary of Building

 

 

JACOB MCMAHON, 18, of Newton, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Firearm

 

LUIS ARMANDO PEREZ AKA LUIS ARMANDO PEREZ-REYES, 46, of Round Rock, was sentenced to thirteen (13) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, DWI 2nd

 

ZACHARY DAVID BURGESS, 49, of Caldwell, was sentenced to one hundred ninety-one (191) days confinement in the Milam County Jail and ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine and $5,500 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Theft $2,500 - $30k

 

SHEILA TERESA WILCOX, 59, of Cameron, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including one hundred (100) hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

DAMILEZ JAHEEM SCOTT, 19 of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $400 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Aggravated Robbery with Deadly Weapon

 

JUSTIN WYATT LANE, 27, of Milano, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of anger management classes and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault Family Member with Deadly Weapon

 

ARMANDO MORENO RIVERA, 32, of Memphis, TN, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $3,500 fine and $180.00 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

MARIO VARGAS, 20, of Cameron, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of anger management classes and forty (40) hours of community service and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $3,783.69 to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Criminal Mischief $2,500 - $30k

 

RANDY SCOTT WHITTLE, 59, of Eddy, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180.00 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

DONALD REID PIERCE, 65, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $1,000 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief of Public Service

 

ROBYN RENEE THOMAS, 62 of Gause, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions  of probation including no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

 

MARKA RACHELL HUBER, 51, of Temple, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions  of probation and was ordered to pay $180.00 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

BRIAN MORELY FREEMAN, 28, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred twenty-four (124) days in the Milam County after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Terroristic Threat of Police Officer

 

JASON MICHAEL ROBINSON, 37, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180.00 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence

 

ROBERT JAMES LATTA, 28, of McDade, was sentenced to three hundred sixty-five (365) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causes Bodily Injury

 

KEVIN WAYNE CLANTON, 33, of Milano, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to  a Motion to Revoke Probation on an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

CHRISTIAN COSTILLA MOLINA, 23, of Rosebud, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Attempted Evading with Vehicle

 

STEVEN MICHAEL JULIUS, 47, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one (1) year confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Illegal Dumping and was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading true to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Forgery of Government Instrument
