TIMOTHY RAY BLAKELY, 38, of Gause, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

 

SCOTTY BURNS AKA SCOTT PAUL BURNS, 28, of Cameron, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Injury to Child

 

JOSEPH ROBERT HARWELL, 43, of Cameron, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Stalking

 

SETH PATRICK LELAND, 31, of Taylor, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

 

VINSON LAPAUL FAVERS, 45, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four hundred ninety-six (496) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Attempted Retaliation

 

GRETIS YI LI, 25, of Tucson, Arizona, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

JOHNNY LAVON ALEXANDER, 52, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Sex Offender Duty to Register

 

JOSEPH CHARLES MILLER, 20, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and $9,500 restitution to the victim by Judge John W. Youngblood after pleading open to the court on a State Jail Felony, Criminal Negligent Homicide

 

KRISTIN NICOLE COX, 27, of Houston, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,00 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

ANTONIO VARGAS, 40, of Rockdale, was placed on twenty-four (24) months Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causes Bodily Injury

 

DENNIS PRESTON RUZICKA, 54, of Cameron, was sentenced to sixty-one (61) days confinement tin the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence

 

SERGIO ALONZO, 32, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for two (2) with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Materials

 

ALBERT BORGAS, 62, of Cameron, was sentenced to one (1) day in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Theft $750-$2,500

 

JUAN ALBERTO RAMIREZ, 32, of Fort Worth, was sentenced to two (2) days in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $250 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class B Misdemeanor, Theft $100 - $750

 

TRISHA DIANE GUTHRIE, 40, of Rogers, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence

 

BOBBY JOE SMITH, 33, of Cameron, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation

 

JESS EDWARD BLAKELY, 38, of Rockdale, was sentenced to forty-five (45) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence

 

KENNETH EUGENE DRONE, 63, of Cameron, was sentenced to one (1) day confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

MARVIN LEORN MILLER, 53, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Endangering a Child

 

PIERRE COURNOLUS ROBINSON, 21, of Killeen, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading with Vehicle

 

CALEB JOSEPH COVEY, 35, of Cedar Park, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

ZYKIA LESHUN FLOWERS, 19, of Waco, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation, including the successful completion of Theft Aversion Course and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Debit/Credit Card Abuse

 

JOSEPH DANIEL LUNA, 20, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle

 

PAUL KRISTOPHER LOPEZ, 24, of Temple, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

DEMITRIUS SHOUSE, 17, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $200 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend Other Felony

 

KAVION PAUL BLACKMER, 18, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and no contact with the victims and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Injury to Child

 

VINCENT RASHUN BYNAUM, 46, of Giddings, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of SAFP and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-400 Grams and was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation with Previous FV Conviction

 

KAYLEE RAE THOMPSON, 27, of Thorndale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of DWI probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense

 

PATRICK RAYMUND DAVENPORT, 19, of Waco, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and $240 in restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Marihuana 4 oz to 5 Pounds

 

ANGEL ERNESTO BADILLO, 20, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Marihuana 4 oz to 5 Pounds

 

MARY ELIZABETH TURNER, 58, of Thorndale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle

 

CARLOS JAVIER CONTRERAS, 50, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $17,357 restitution to the victim jointly with his co-defendant after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft of Materials

 

DAVID LOPEZ, JR. 36, of Buckholts, was place on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence

 

ADAM MOPPIN AKA ADAM TANYAN, 42, of Seminole, OK, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

MARISSA ROBLES VARGAS, 39, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

TAYLOR MADISON RODRIGUEZ, 21, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Endangering a Child

 

DAVID ASHTON MEYER, 19, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) days confinement in the Milam County jail and was ordered to pay a $700 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana less than 4 Oz and More than 2 Oz

 

NELYDA ROMERO-BAKER, 49, of Killeen, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $3,260 restitution to the victim after please guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft $2,500 - $30,000

 

TERRI ANN FRANK, 63, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Forgery of Financial Instrument

 

SHUNTIANNA BEATRICE HARDEN-MCKINNIS, 31, of Houston, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE PEEL, 29, of Killeen, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Prohibited Substance Correction Facility

 

LORELEI GABRIELLA SOLIS, 18, of Austin, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle

 

MARVIN LEE WEST, 45, of Buckholts, was sentenced to two hundred sixty-eight (268) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

ERIK RAY STEURY, 39, of Grandbury, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle

 

ZACHARY LEE EAKIN, 26, of Rockdale, was sentenced to sixty-three (63) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Family Violence

 

JANICE LYNN BAKER, 35, of Rockdale, was sentenced to thirty-nine (39) days confinement in the Milam County Jail, and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and $180.00 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

CYNTHIA ANN ALDERETE, 34, of Taylor, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear and was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

LACY LYNN RUNNELS 41, of Houston, was sentenced to two (2) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

DEMARCUS KEITH TINDLE, 25, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one (1) year in the Milam County Jail, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management Classes and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence

 

MATTHEW DAVID MARTINEZ, 31, of Cameron, was sentenced to three hundred sixty-one (361) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

ERIKA MICHELLE LYDA, 36, of Cameron, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the Milam County Jail, probated for twenty-four (24) months with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a Lesser Included Class B, Driving While Intoxicated

 

AMANDA DAWN DUSEK, 42, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

LINZIE NICOLE BURNS, 27, of Cedar Park, was sentenced to twelve (12) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Forgery of Government Instrument
