Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

TRAVIS WAYNE TURNER, 25, of Del Valle, was sentenced to twenty (20) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon – Enhanced and was sentenced to twenty (20) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Vehicle – Enhanced

 

CHRYSTAL MICHELLE RIVISON, 45, of Rockdale, was sentenced to twenty (20) years confinement in TDCJ on seven (7) separate 1st Degree Felony, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance cases after pleading guilty to the seven (7) charges

 

ANDREW ALAN NIPPS, 47, of Rockdale, was sentenced to twenty (20) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

 

JAIME PEREZ, 19, of Austin, was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

 

ISAK JULIAN YOVANY CASTRO, 26, of Taylor, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

ALLEN KEITH DUNN, JR., 32, of Rockdale, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ by Judge John W. Youngblood, after pleading “True” to the court on two separate Motions to Revoke Probation for original 2nd Degree felonies, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

 

ANDREW JAMES AMESCUA, 39, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay $23,156.89 restitution to Arlans after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Robbery and was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay $5,243 restitution to Milam Music Company after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence

 

TERRI MARIE JOHNSON, 45, of Thorndale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony charge of Lesser Included Accident Involving Injury

 

DAVID RAMSES FLORES-VENCES, 31 of Elgin, was placed on two (2) years of Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

KEITH DWAYNE CAFFEY, 47, of Thorndale, was sentenced to forty-four (44) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Retaliation

 

JOHNATHAN KEANO-XAVIER FATE, 31, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including advanced anger management and no contact with the victim and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

ABDELRAHMAN ALY AHMED, 36, of Killeen, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

 

LEAH WENZEL LITCHAUER, 56, of Rockdale, was placed on one (1) year Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault Family Violence

 

ROBERT RAY LOCKETT, 37, of Cameron, was sentenced to four (4) years TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, with Previous Convictions

 

BOBBIE JOE BLAYLOCK, 45, of Cameron, was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Evading Arrest with Prior

 

GINA MARIE CAVAZOS, 53, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

COURTNEY NICOLE ROGERS, 33, of Rockdale, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

IRA RICHARD THRASHER, 48, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

STEVEN CHARLES ELLIS, 55, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

 

CODY LEE HILBERS, 43, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two hundred forty (240) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

GRACIE MARIE FACUNDO, 42, of Buckholts, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for four (4) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $1,309 restitution to Citizens National Bank after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Credit or Debit Card Abuse – Enhanced

 

CABE CHRISTOPHER TEMPLE, 29, of Rockdale, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $100 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

GILBERT RAY LERMA, 53, of Thrall, was sentenced to one hundred sixty -eight (168) days confinement in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and $ 537.45 restitution to the victim after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Attempted Theft

 

CLIFFORD VICTOR STANLEY, 43, of San Antonio, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1- 4 Grams

 

LARRY DARNELL WHITE, 49, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

MADIECRUZ ANN HERNANDEZ, 22, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Endangering a Child

 

FREDERICK LAVAR JOSHUA AKA FREDRICK LAVAR JOSHUA, 45, of Calvert, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Evading Arrest with Priors

 

MARTIN BERMUDEZ, 27, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon – Threat

 

PEDRO GONZALES-MORENO, 27, of Davilla, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of sex offender probation after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Indecency with Child by Contact

 

DEMETRIA DAVIS, 31, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of advance anger management and no contact with Dantra Wilcox or Bobby Smith and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $500 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault on a Peace Officer

 

KENNETH RAY FAUST, 42, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-400 Grams

 

DENNIS KEITH JOHNSON, 57, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred thirty-three (133) days confinement in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Lesser Included Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

CONNOR BAILEY SHUFFIELD, 24, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

 

 

DVAUGHN ANDRE WIGGINS, 36, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of SAFP after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault on a Peace Officer

 

DANTHONY EUGENE WALTON, 20, of Katy, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle

 

STEVEN LEE GONZALES, 44, of Cameron, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay $2,353 restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear and was sentenced to six hundred twelve (612) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation  for an original State Jail Felony, Evading Arrest with Prior

 

KENNETH JAMES FYFFE, 21, of Salado, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $4,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

 

FERNANDO DAVALOS, 43, of Cypress, was placed on ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear – Enhanced

 

TRENTON DAVID IHLENFELDT, 26, of Caldwell, was sentenced to two hundred thirty (230) days confinement in the Milam County Jail and ordered to pay $672 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle  and was sentenced to two hundred thirty (230) days in the Milam County Jail and ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

AMANDA ROSE TYSON, 42, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Divert Controlled Substance for Personal Use

 

JOSE ANGEL HERNANDEZ, 40, of Rockdale, was sentenced to sixty (60) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Assault and was sentenced to twenty- four (24) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of intensive outpatient treatment as a condition of probation and was ordered to pay $540 restitution to victims after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

PEDRO GARCIA MARTINEZ, 55, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) days confinement in the Milam County Jail and was ordered to pay a $500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

 

DARIENNE NICOLE VARGAS, 27, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of anger management and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, with Previous Convictions

 

LARRY MANUEL MARTIN, 57, College Station, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Tampering with Evidence

ANGEL DAVID PEREZ, 22, of Cameron, was sentenced to fifty-seven (57) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Lesser Included Assault

 

HUNTER GRAY PRUITT, 22, of Rockdale, was sentenced to twelve (12) years confinement in TDCJ by Judge John W. Youngblood after a Pre-Sentence Investigation and a sentencing hearing.  The defendant had previously pleaded guilty to the 2nd Degree Felony, Sexual Assault of a Child with punishment to be determined by the Court.

 

JESSE CHARLES MITCHELL, 41, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

 

ERNEST LYNWOOD ROBERTSON, 62, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams and was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

 

FLORIDA MAE WILLIAMS, 34, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

 

TONY RAY NAPUTI, 65, of Thorndale, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

 

OTILIO RAMON LUCIO, 42, of Dayton, was sentenced to six (6) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 1st Degree Felony, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
