Reporter Juneteenth coverage appreciated
Dear editor,
I wanted to say thank’s again for the incredible coverage in The Reporter of the Rockdale Juneteenth Celebration this year.
The celebration started with the Bill Pickett dedication, the parade, Sumuel Park festivities, Bill Pickett short story film and ending with the dance at the Kay Theater.
This event would not be recognized without your support and coverage leading up to the date. I, and the Juneteenth Celebration Committee truly appreciate it.
