The area in and around Rockdale is not exactly ablaze with the colors of autumn this season, but if you look around you will see some colors other than green. There is always a chance of more to come as cooler weather lets the trees know they don’t need to be producing as much chlorophyll for photosynthesis. It is the presence of of chlorophyll that keeps leaves green. Reporter/David Money
