CAMERON—The first session of a Milam County Grand Jury since February returned 56 indictments against 37 persons on Thursday, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.
March and April sessions were canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Torrey said another grand jury session is set for this Thursday.
Indictments were listed as follows:
• LaDarrell Dwayne Wallace, 43, Rockdale, failure to register sex offender.
• Cameron Trey Allen, 22, Lexington, unauthorized use motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance.
• Heather Nichole Aucoin, 24, Caldwell, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams), tampering with evidence, prohibited substance correctional facility.
• Stacey Hall Brewer, 36, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Courtney Nicole Rogers, 29, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Gilbert Ray Lerma, 49, Thrall, theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
