Marquise Flowe rs, 18, Rockda le, was a r rested on Monday by the Rockdale Police Department for the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity-murder.
This arrest is the result of the investigation of the April 27 shooting death of Jeffery McKinney Jr. in Rockdale.
Also wanted in connection with this offense are Isaac Jay Carrizales, 17, and James Luther Godfrey IV, 22, both of whom have active warrants for the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity-murder, a first-degree felony.
