'RED LETTER DAY' NO NEW CASES

  From Milam County Judge Steve Young:

Friday we had no new confirmed COVID-19 cases to report. Three cases were discharged, and no one was admitted to a hospital.  We tested ten individuals in Buckholts, but no positive tests.  Monday, we will be testing in Rockdale at the former hospital from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  The test is quick and free for any Milam County resident with symptoms.

Today was a red letter today for us here in the County.  We thank everyone for doing their part by wearing their mask and keeping their distance.  Working together we can get through this!

Milam County cases:

1. Confirmed cases 463 – no change
2. Active cases 18 down – down 3
3. Probable cases 38 – up 2, 10 of which are active
4. Monitored individuals – 70
   
   1. Total monitored 862
5. Hospitalized 7 down 1.  5 are in serious condition.
6. Fatalities 5 – no change
