Rockdale football players have been getting back into the swing of things playing in their 7-on-7 league on Wednesday in Giddings.
On Saturday, the Tigers play in the Needville State Qualifier Tournament with pool play starting at 9 a.m. and the state qualifying round will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The tourney winner advances on to the Texas State 7-on-7 Tournament in College Station on June 24-25.

Length of play: Two 15 minute halves, 10 minute break in between games.
