Lady Dog golf competed in Corpus Christi at the Region IV tournament last week, where they improved by 22 strokes from the first day to the second day of the tourney.
THS senior Juliette DeMaio had the team’s top score with a 121-11-232 and Hope Vickers shot a 120- 115-235.
Kaylee Beason had a 122-125-247 and Janene Alcalar ended regionals with a score of 131-121-252. Rhynn Bigan shot a 149- 141-290. Marisol Schaller competed as a medalist, scoring a 132-108-240.
Milano High School freshman Daniel Frei also competed at the regional meet and made the tournament in his first year to ever play golf.
