The most important play of Rockdale’s state championship victory over Brock Thursday afternoon wasn’t a long distance pass or run, nor even a jarring defensive stop on fourth down.

It didn’t come from championship game MVP’s Torry Locklin or Jaqualyn Crawford.

It was pulled off by someone who hasn’t played all year. Wasn’t even on the roster. Hasn’t played in three years as a matter of fact.
