The Milano Eagles lost a home game last week against the Bremond Tigers. The final score was Bremond 48, Milano 13.
The Tigers came out with a roar and scored first, they missed the extra point but took the lead against the Eagles 6-0.
Senior Eagle defensive back Jason Avalos would provide a touchdown for Milano on a scoop and score. The extra point kick failed and Milano would not score again until the second quarter, when Eagle junior tight end George Burke dashed 40 yards into the end zone.
The momentum of the game never really moved away from the Bremond Tigers. Milano would end up on the losing side of this competition 48-13.
UP NEXT-The Eagles are 4-4 for the season, 1-2 in district play. Milano will travel to Granger this week to face the 6-2 overall, 2-1 in district hard-fighting Lions football team. Kick off will be at 7 p.m.
