Two Thorndale High School baseball players were named to the Texas Sportswriter Association All-State Second Team in August.
Bulldog pitcher Logan Fisher, a senior, and second baseman, Scott Guzman, a junior, who were part of the 2A 2018 University Interscholastic League Regional Finalist team received the honor.
Seniors Coleby Driver, Mason Fisher and Ashton Albert received honorable mention honors in the pitcher, catcher and shortstop positions respectively.
