THOR N DA L E—The Bulldogs got a win Friday night against Granger, the final score was 33-27. This was a victory that has been in the oven for a while.

Thorndale quarterback Gunner Ferguson scored in the first quarter on a one yard zip into the end zone. The kick failed but the Bulldogs took the lead 6-0.
Granger came back and scored twice in the second quarter making the score Granger 13, Thorndale 6 at the half.
Thorndale then produced 21 points in the third scoring on a Ethan Schramm 45-yard interception return, a Noah Crabtree 18-yard dash and a 45-yard strike from QB Ferguson to Jayden Clawson. All three of kicker Kade Becker’s kicks were good making the score 27-20 after Granger scored before the third quarter ended.
In the fourth quarter the Bulldogs went to the air and scored on a Ferguson pass to Jaxson Eschberger. They failed to make the extra point and allowed Granger to score one more time before the game ended. The final score was Thorndale 33, Granger 27.
