Tiger senior Kobe Mitchell chomps away at some sunflower seeds between innings during Friday’s home scrimmage with Rosebud-Lott. The Blue-and-Gold began their season earlier in the week when they hosted neighbor Thorndale in a scrimmage at Tiger Field.
RHS plays in their first official game of the season with the Bulldogs Monday at THS. Junior varsity starts at 4:30 p.m. and the varsity starts begins immediately after.
Lady Tiger softball also played at home on Friday where they scrimmaged Holland.
They host their own tournament this weekend in Rockdale. Reporter social media will post Lady Tiger game times when a bracket is made available.
