About 125 persons from a number of local congregations came to Tiger Field on Good Friday, April 19, 2019 for a first-of-its-kind “Pray for Rockdale” event. The event also drew pastors from churches all over town (bottom photo, L-R) including Rev. Dr. Dennis Brooks, New Jerusalem Christian Center; Rev. Dr. Royal Johnson, Rising Star Baptist; and Rev. Stephen Ammons, Meadowbrook Baptist.
