Huey named Duck head coach

Last week, former Rockdale High School coach Brandon Houston was named the head football coach and athletic director at Taylor High School.

Houston, also known to many as “Coach Huey,” was the offensive coordinator at RHS for two seasons including the 2017 state title season.

The Holland native leaves Class 3A Buffalo where he went 32-3 with three straight playoff appearances including the school’s first ever regional appearance for Class 4A Taylor, a program that went 0-20 under head coach Robert Little during the last two seasons.
