Two Milano runners won first place in their respective divisions on Saturday, Sept. 15, in Jarrell.
In the varsity boy’s race, senior Parker Jones lead the pack with a time of 15:50.
In the junior high girl’s race, Kadance Koenig finished in first place for the second week in a row with a time of 14:09.
Five other Milano runners placed in three different races, including one in the top 10, and another in the top 25.
The Eagles and Lady Eagles cross country team’s run at their next meet on Saturday, Sept. 22 in Rogers. They have one more meet before they host their district meet in Gause on Monday, Oct. 8.
