The RHS JV Gold team continued their dominant season defeating the division foe McGregor Bulldogs 31-0. With the win, the young Tigers are now 4-0 on the season and 1-0 in district play.

The Tigers got off to a fast start on defense with Carson Eoff recovering a fumble. The recovery set up a 35-yard field goal by Daniel Romero to make the score 3-0.

The high-powered offense would then make their presence felt as Blaydn Barcak connected with Riley Spears on a 63-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter. Barcak would score again in the quarter on 2-yard touchdown run. The score was 17-0 at the half.

In the third quarter, Barcak would earn his third touchdown of the day throwing a 35-yard touchdown pass to Wyatt Windham. The extra point kick was no good.

In the fourth quarter, running back Kemar Spencer would take over the game. His 75-yard run would set up his own 10-yard touchdown run for the final touchdown of the day. Windham caught a pass for the two-point conversion.

Offensive standouts included: Gerren Marerro, Mason Willard, Noah Pastrano, Miles Grear and Spencer. Defensive standouts included: Chad David, Isaiah Saults, Riley Spears and Moreno.

JV BLUE—The RHS JV Blue squad earned their first win of the season with a decisive win over the McGregor JV team 48-28. The Tigers are now 1-2-2 on the season and 1-0 in district play.

Quarterback Cedric Mitchell got on the board first for the Tigers with an 80-yard touchdown run. After a fumble recovery by Alex Ebba, Mitchell would use his legs again to score a 50-yard touchdown run. Both point after attempts were no good making the score 12-0 after the first quarter.

In the second quarter, Mitchell showed off his arm talent dialing up a 55-yard touchdown pass to Tristan Galvan. The two-point conversion was good making the score 20-6 at the half.

In the third quarter, Ebba would continue his great day on defense with an interception. This would lead to a 15-yard touchdown pass from Mitchell to Aiden Hirt.

In the fourth quarter, Mitchell would earn his fifth touchdown of the afternoon on a 55-yard touchdown run. The extra point was no good.

Running back Chris Huff would get in on the action with a three-yard touchdown run of his own. The twopoint conversion was good.

The final score came from Ebba as he snagged an interception and ran it back for a 40-yard touchdown. The Tigers converted on the twopoint attempt.

Offensive standouts included: Huff, Luke Daffler, Tyler Stewart, William Davenport and Jose Aboytes. Defensive standouts included: Ebba, Huff, Landon Pounders, Colton Ellis, Daffler, Alec Silva, and Galvan.
