Over the weekend, Thorndale Lady Dog softball went 3-3 at the Brenham Tournament.
They took down Conroe 5-1 and beat Lexington 14-5. Their third win of the tourney was over Class 6A Willis 6-4. Their losses in Washington County were to Houston area school Channelview 7-0 and Dripping Springs 10-3. THS also fell to Midland Legacy in a close game, 2-1.
Earlier in the week, they got their first district win over Rosebud-Lott, 11-0.
The Lady Dogs head to Thrall on Friday, where they face the Tigerettes at 6 p.m.
