BRENHAM—On Saturday, the Lady Dog volleyball team was in a scenario that they had been in before: Facing Schulenburg in the post-season.
Last year, THS battled with the Lady Horns in the regional quarterfinals that SHS won in a tie-breaker set.
The same thing occurred this year as Thorndale fell short in the fifth set once again by a score of 19-25, 26-24, 18-25, 25-21, 12-15 in their area round match-up.
This was the final game for seniors Tristyn Buchanan, Raeghan Carlson, Abbi Dickerson, Makaelyn Frei, Natalie Garcia, Landri Martinka, Kinley Meadors, Natalie Newton, Emily Owen and Kyndal Robinson.
