Lady Dogs finish second in district

A home victory Saturday afternoon over Granger, 25-19, 23-25, 25-16, 25-17 meant the Lady Dog volleyball team finished in second place in District 25-2A.

THS moves on to the post-season, where they will face Snook, who went 2-8 in 26-2A, but due to sharing a district with four Class 1A schools, finished third out of all three Class 2A schools.

The Lady Dogs and the Lady Bluejays will meet up Monday at the Caldwell High School Gym.

First serve is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
