MHS softball took down Rosebud-Lott 12-10 last Tuesday after getting hot in the middle of the game with three runs each in the third and fourth innings.
Molly Ybarra and Aaliyah McBrewer both had three hits while Toni Meyer had two home runs in the first and third innings. Zoe Clore and Laynie Rose also contributed at the plate.
Meyer led from the circle with four strikeouts on seven innings pitched.
The Lady Eagles also faced district champion Thorndale Friday, losing 16-1.
MHS played at Granger Tuesday after press time and heads to Thrall Friday.
First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m.
