The Lady Tigers earned their first win of the season on Saturday as they defeated the Milano Lady Eagles 52-27. Karli Marburger led the Lady Tigers with 12 points. Other top scorers included D’Erika Hurd 10, Ciara Miles 7, Miah Beckwith 6 and Julie Bartsch 6.
“We had a great defensive effort,” RHS Head Coach Meredith Caffey said. “We are looking to get better every game. We saw good improvement from game one to game two.”
The Lady Tigers will look to keep their win streak alive as they prepare to face the Normangee Lady Panthers on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
