The RHS volleyball team continues to impress as Rockdale split two matches over the past week.
The Lady Tigers traveled to Rogers on Friday to face off against the Lady Eagles. The girls lost the match in three sets 10-25, 16-25 and 18-25. The Lady Tigers fought hard but could not overcome the Lady Eagles’ aggressive offense.
Haven Jimenez led Lady Tigers with 12 kills and 20 digs. Yolianna Castillo led team in assist with 16 and Emma Whitsel led the team in aces with two.
On Tuesday, the Lady Tigers defeated the Academy Lady Bees in four sets. After dropping the first set 22-25 and tying the second set 25-25, the lady Tigers rallied to win the next two sets 25-14 and 25-20.

The Lady Tigers are now 8-6 on the season. They will look bounce back against the Cameron Lady Yoemen at home on Friday.
