The Lady Tigers Basketball team kicked off their season on Tuesday as they traveled to face the Savio Lady Eagles.
Unfortunately, the Lady Tigers were defeated 52-36. Saige Robertson led the Lady Tigers in scoring with 12 points. Other scorers included: Julie Barsch 9, Ciara Miles 7, Mijah Crawford 4 and D’Ericka Hurd 4.
“With it being the first game of the year, we have an opportunity to elevate what we’re doing,” RHS Head Coach Meredith Caffey said.
“We saw a lot of positives and things we need to work on. We have a lot of basketball to play and we are excited about the season.”
The Lady Tigers will look to get their first win of the season as they prepare to face the Milano Lady Eagles on Saturday in Milano.
