It was announced last week that nine Rockdale volleyball players received honors which were voted on by District 19-3A coaches.
RHS junior Yolianna Castillo was named Setter of the Year while her classmate Julie Bartsch was voted on to the first team.
Halle Jimenez and Emma Whitsel were named to the second team while Haven Jimenez and Brande Breithaupt were picked as honorable mentions.
All six girls mentioned above made the academic all-district team as well as Hailey Webb, Elizabeth Perry, Saige Robertson and Alyzza Davilla.
