The Lady Tiger volleyball team is having its own drought. They suffered through another week of losses, losing to both district foes McGregor and Lorena. The Lady Tigers currently have a record of 14-20.
McGREGOR— The varsity spikers lost to McGregor 3-2.
The JV1 squad lost 2-0 and JV2 also lost 2-0.
LORENA— The varsity team lost to a very good Lorena Leopards team late in the week 3-0.
The JV1 lost 2-0, as did JV2 2-0.
INJURIES— The Lady Tigers have three starters out but former Tiger and current Head Volleyball Coach Morgan Laughlin is pleased with her team’s response, “We’ve seen a lot of our team playing in new positions and it’s been a good growth process for our athletes. We are looking forward to being healthy. District has started out tough.”

COMING UP— The Lady Tigers were set to play in Troy Tuesday night after press deadline and will play at home against Rogers on Friday.
