The Milano Eagles team had a solid performance this past week as they split their two contests.
On Friday, the Eagles hosted the Iola Bulldogs. They were victorious 43-33.
Jayce Todd was the leading scorer for the Eagles with 15 points. Other scoring performances included: Bryson Richards, 12, Hector Munoz 7, Ethan Gordon 6, Weston Avrett 3 and Layne Telg 1.
On Saturday, the Eagles traveled to North Zulch to face the Bulldogs. The Eagles fell 63-50. Avrett led the team in scoring with 13 points. Other scorers included: Todd 10, Richards 7, Gordon 4, Telg 3 and Greg Storey 2.
The Eagles are now 2-5 on the season. They will look to return to the win column as they prepare to face the Somerville Yeguas on Friday.
