The Mi l ano L ady Eagles are on a streak, winning all three of their games last week. The team is currently 10-5 in district play and in second place in the standings.
They had a big win against Thorndale, who was unbeaten in district before this loss, that ended in a final score of 9-2.
They went on to beat Granger 5-3 and they finished the week with a win over Rosebud-Lott, 12-5.
COMING UP— The last game of the regular season was to be held Tuesday on the road against Holland, who only has one district win this year.
Eagles
The Milano Eagles are almost a .500 ball club for the season. They went 1-2 last week.
They won against Rosebud- Lott 11-1, but lost to both Granger, 2-1, and Thorndale, 6-1.
COMING UP— This week they were to face Holland on the road on Tuesday, before traveling to Waco to play Reicher Catholic High School at 1 p.m. Saturday.
