KYLE—The Milano Lady Eagles softball team lost in a one-game series against Shiner in the regional semifinal last week, 13-11.
Milano finished their season as area champions and were in second place in their district with a 9-2 record.
Way to go Lady Eagles! You had a great season!
Eagles
THRALL—The Milano Eagles had a great run but fell short last week in the area championship round of the baseball playoffs.
The Eagles lost in the best-of-three-game series 2-1 against Bartlett. The final scores were a win of 9-3, and two losses of 10-7 and 14-4.
Congratulations Milano on a great season!
