The Milano Eagles basketball team has fallen on hard times. They are 1-10 overall for the season with district play starting this week against Bartlett.
Last week the Eagles suffered losses against a 6-6 Snook Bluejay team. The final score was 51-39. And they lost against a very hard to beat Lago Vista team that sits at 14-3. The final score was Lago Vista 42, Milano 16.
COMING UP— A road game against district foe Bartlett was to be held Dec. 19. The Eagles are off for Christmas before they go back on the road to Mumford for tournament play.
Lady Eagles
The Lady Eagles Basketball team is winning. They are 10-6 overall but, more importantly, they are undefeated in district play at 2-0.
They beat Granger at home with a score of 49-29 and they won over Thorndale on the road 36-26.
COMING UP— The Lady Eagles were on the road against Bartlett on Dec. 19 before they take their Christmas break.
