The Milano Eagles basketball team split their games last week. They won early in the week against McDade, 61-19, before losing to Thorndale, 46-27.
The Eagles now owns a 2-4 in district play.
COMING UP— The Eagles will take on the one-loss Granger Lions (5-1) at home at 7 p.m. Wednesday. On Friday, at 7:30 p.m., the Eagles will travel to Holland to play the 4-2 Hornets.
Lady Eagles
The Milano Lady Eagles went 1-1 last week. Milano won against McDade, 41-38, and lost to Thorndale, 43-20. Milano is now 3-5 in district play.
UP NEXT— The Lady Eagles will host the undefeated Lady Lions of Granger (8-0) at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Later in the week, Milano travels to Holland to take on the Lady Hornets (winless in district with only one win on the season). The game is at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
